Courtney Arthur Mc Nish, LLB,LLM

Principal Consultant/CEO

Courtney Arthur Mc Nish is an experienced professional HR Consultant and IR Consultant/Advocate, practicing in the Caribbean environment for over thirty-five years. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and a Masters of Law from the UWI, Cave Hill. He achieved his Associate Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Babson College, Boston, Mass. USA. Courtney also holds a National Diploma in Personnel & Industrial Relations, from Cipriani College of Labour & Cooperative Studies. Courtney is now the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of Human Resource Technologies Ltd where he manages an impressive portfolio of large private and public sector clients. Prior to this, he held numerous strategic HR positions in the corporate sector. He is a former Vice President Human Resources of Caribbean Airlines and group HR Manager at TCL Group of Companies. During his time at TCL, Courtney was responsible for the group’s entire HR and IR functions throughout the Caribbean region.

In his earlier corporate career, he also worked with the ANSA MCAL Group as the HR Manager for Carib Brewery, Carib Glass, and the Match Factory. And, before which he spent seven years as the Industrial Relations Manager at Airports Authority. Courtney now shares his fresh and contemporary HR/ IR perspective on issues related to our workplace culture and society, in his published opinion articles, lectures, training and presentations. In 2023 Courtney published his first book titled “UNLOCKING HR/IR POTENTIAL, Contemporary Perspectives on Employment and Labour Relations in Trinidad and Tobago”. In 2022, he received the Glen Wilson Award for Industrial Relations Excellence from HRMATT. Outside of work, he served as the President of the National Basketball Federation of Trinidad and Tobago from 2010 for roughly three years. Courtney is currently involved in his family’s Merikin heritage and serves as the Chairman of the Merikin Commission. He is also Director on Boards, Analytical Testing & Services Ltd, and Marine Consultants (Trinidad) Limited.

Christopher Lewis

Christopher Lewis is an accomplished C-suite professional with over 20 years of experience and knowledge in finance, administration, operations, and general management. 

His expertise was developed over the years, having held senior management positions including Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, Vice President -Finance and Administration, and Senior Financial Controller. With responsibilities for large organizations in the retail sector, telecommunications, and financial sectors. 

Over the years, Christopher has worked with many teams, developing staff who have grown into senior management positions in well-known industries. Some of the managers he has trained have taken up positions such as Inventory Manager for a large food sector company, Treasury Manager for a large distribution company, Senior Accountants in the Telecommunications Industry, and General Manager for E-Commerce.

Christopher lives by the principles of life that “it is never too late to start” and “ permission to fail.” The latter was taken from one of his former executives and has proven to be a winning statement. He believes that f inancial knowledge is not just for people pursuing a financial career, but for everyone, making their world much simpler to understand.

Shivani Seunarine

Project Management Professional (PMP), MS Certified Application Specialist (MCAS), Risk Management Specialist (RMP) ,Agile Certified Specialist,(ACP) Facilities Managemnt Professional (FMP)

Ms Shivani Seunarine is a powerhouse of information and expertise; a Facilities Management Professional that thrives on a Project Management mindset for accomplishing objectives. Holding the position of Head of Facilities, Special Projects (OCCSTT), UWI, Global Campus, Shivani oversees the infrastructure of all Open Campus sites throughout Trinidad and Tobago, She served on the quality management committee for the period 2020 to 2021 and at present is part of the safety committee for OC Trinidad and Tobago.

She also serves as a mentor for UWI Open Campus. Shivani has served in many different administrative capacities in Open Campus which involved managing Information Technology to External Certifications. She has also been the project coordinator for a one year CPE programme in Cocoa Development with the Global Campus. This reason she would consider herself a generalizing specialist. She believes in not being in one area but a learning and developing in many different fields. Ms Seunarine is currently working on an innovation and design thinking pilot project for primary and secondary schools.

Ms Seunarine is the Training Director of BorderLink Resources and Founder of Caribbean Connect a self paced learning platform. Her passion lies in how she is able to make a mark on someone’s life, whether through teaching, or the provision of a platform for them to make meaningful connections. For her, it is as easy as living by the words of Spencer Johnson, who, in his book, The Precious Present, shows how we can focus on the present, learn from the past, and from this, create the future.

Shivani uses this lesson in her every day project management life where she is able to be in the present, (respond to what is important today), learn from the past, and help create the future by making a realistic plan, and of course through this practice, realize your purpose.

Ashrudeen Mohammed

Financial Advisor

Mr. Mohammed began his career at CIBC, where he worked for 4 years before the bank’s merger with Republic Bank Limited. He then dedicated over 24 years at Republic Bank, amassing thorough knowledge of banking in every aspect. During his tenure, he demonstrated exemplary skills in financial management, customer relations, and strategic planning, significantly contributing to the bank’s growth and success. In his next professional chapter, Mr. Mohammed played a pivotal role in the establishment of Simpson Finance Trinidad Limited. For over 7 years, he has been serving as the Senior Finance Officer, overseeing financial operations and ensuring the company’s financial stability. His leadership and expertise were instrumental in setting up the company and guiding it to success. 

Mr. Mohammed’s contributions extended to assisting with the launch of Better Business Trinidad and Tobago, where he held the position of Administrative Manager. His strategic insights and operational efficiency were key to the successful launch and growth of the organization. His most recent professional endeavor was as Regional Business Manager with Phoenix Dental Clinics, where he managed regional operations and contributed to the business’s expansion. Throughout his career, Mr. Mohammed has assisted hundreds of small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals to achieve success in their business ventures and everyday financial planning. He has helped many people attain mortgages and loans, and assisted those with previous bad credit, bringing them back to good standing with financial institutions. His wealth of knowledge and experience is something he is eager to share with the community and people of Trinidad and Tobago. In addition to his financial expertise, Mr. Mohammed is a qualified chef and musician. He runs his own YouTube channel where he plays the guitar as a hobby and a means of relaxation. His diverse skills and interests make him a well-rounded individual, bringing a unique perspective to his professional and personal endeavors

Georgina Terry-Cowan FCCA PMP, EIA

Georgina Terry-Cowan FCCA PMP, EIA – The Passions to Profitability Expert and Managing Director of BPD Associates Limited – is a qualified accountant (ACCA), project management professional, and coach with over 20 years’ experience spanning leadership development (coaching and training), finance, facilitation, project management, entrepreneurial and business coaching, strategic plan implementation and change management. 

Georgina is also a local and international inspirational speaker, including TEDx, accredited InfoDev (Division of the World Bank) facilitator, and author of the Amazon best seller ‘The Amazing Race to Entrepreneurial Freedom’. Georgina has trained and developed leaders and teams from various companies (such as bpTT, Atlantic LNG, Guardian Life of the Caribbean, (GLOC), Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI), Sagicor, US Embassy, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Massy, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Marathon Oil (Equatorial Guinea), Republic Bank, Media InSite, to name a few) to achieve outstanding business and people results. 

Georgina is originally from London, England and has worked in Trinidad and Tobago, England, Jamaica and Equatorial Guinea. In addition, she is a board member of Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago (YBTT) and a member of the International Women’s Forum Trinidad and Tobago. Georgina has an ability to adapt quickly to different cultures and works effectively at all levels within an organisation. Georgina Terry-Cowan’s purpose in this life is to assist clients with the transformation needed to remain 21st Century relevant by desire and design, rather than by default.  

Mr Rajiv Diptee

Immediate Past President of the Supermarket Association of Trinidad and Tobago & Industry Expert

Mr. Rajiv Diptee is an accomplished businessman, advocate and philanthropist and is well established in the national sphere of Trinidad and Tobago.

In addition, he is the Immediate Past President of the Supermarket Association of Trinidad and Tobago having held the post for the period 2018- August 2024 during a six year tenure. During that time, he has made immense strides at the helm making it one of the most recognised and altruistic organisation in T&T. He is a personal advocate for social and humanitarian efforts having lobbied for significant improvements in the social and industrial fabric of Trinidad and Tobago.

He remains a foremost consultant to the industry and continues to sit on various institutional committees in an advisory role.

Antonia Ferrier

Gregg Mannette

Before being identified for as a successor for the role of VP Sales, Gregg Anthon Mannette began his career as a Life Guardian at the youthful age of 16 as a Corporate Services summer intern under in the Corporate Services department. Shortly after graduating from St. Mary’s College, he pursued a degree in law and at age 20, joined the sales force under the Jeffrey Mazely’s Unit, Vernon Fingal’s Branch.

Life Insurance then became his vocation, gracefully surrendering a career in law.

He was the Agent of the Year 2013 and in 2019 which saw him also attain the industry’s Top Producer Award, which sit at the top of a plethora of company and industry awards which includes:
