Inspira Consulting partnered with Atlantic LNG to deliver multiple yearly sessions of the **Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Assessments** as part of their Graduate Program. The goal was to help graduates better understand themselves and develop awareness of others, fostering improved communication and collaboration in the workplace.

By facilitating these HBDI sessions, we enabled participants to identify their thinking styles and how they affect decision-making, problem solving, and teamwork. The program resulted in enhanced self-awareness, stronger interpersonal skills, and an overall increase in team synergy. Graduates left with a deeper understanding of diverse thinking approaches, empowering them to engage more effectively with colleagues and work in harmony toward shared objectives.
